We're not quite sure what Pooh Bear did wrong, but this is what Miss Bubbly had done to him in the time between her going to bed and The Hub putting The Eldest to bed (30 minutes--who knows what other tortures the poor bear had to endure?):
Apparently, you don't mess with Miss Bubbly.
She believes in extreme forms of punishment.

There have been times when I found myself tempted to do pretty much the same to pretty much everybody.
Poor guy. He can join Rudolph in the hanged toys department in the sky.
