Pictures of The House

OK, I'm playing with Picasa and learning how it works, so bear with me.

On the other hand, it was ridiculously easy to make this entry, even if I can't label all the photos. Included are pictures of the garage conversion (blue walls, blue carpet), the master bedroom (purple walls (!)), and the very mismatched kitchen, among others.

(Click on the picture to access the entire album.)

I'll learn, I promise.

Hooray for new houses! Be sure and tell us what's in that shed when you move in. That backyard is great (once it's trimmed). And the backsplash made me laugh out loud.

Thanks for sharing pictures! I can't wait to see it in September. That kitchen certainly is interesting. About the shed...my parent's shed was locked when they moved in and come to find out it had all kinds of junk in it. Just a warning. Hopefully that doesn't happen to you.

Your yard reminds me of how ours was. It's so nice to get it all cut back/ripped out!

I'm excited to see the pics of the house as you accomplish different projects!

Oh. My.

I am so glad you're one of those fixer up-er people. LOL. Cuz WOW! It does have a lot of potential - that back yard is HUGE. But I think the gold tiles speak for themselves...

But it looks like theres a lot of space and you've got the talent for sure. It will be fun! And you'll be able to claim all the wonderful accomplishment as your own!

Congrats Kari and Mat on your first place. I'm thrilled for you guys to be putting down roots and having more space for your family. I love the ideas you have to spruce up the place, especially the red wall in the kitchen. I love red in kitchens. Best wishes!!!

Congrats, congrats!! Nice job. Sounds like you have a lot of work ahead of you. Just so you know, a friend of mine posted "after" pictures that looked JUST like your "before" pics of your garage. Blue carpet and walls (that they painted and put in) and a lovely floral wallpaper runner. Sheesh! Red walls in the kitchen! I've always wanted it.
