And We Begin Again

Apologies for the lack of posting--we've been wrestling with illness around the apartment and when I'm sick, I don't like to write. So there you go.

To catch up, here are some pictures from nearly a month ago, when everyone aside from me was divesting themselves from their hair with abandon.

But first, we have the camera happy spoon princess in a photo that Mom was experimenting in shooting without a flash. I need to read the manual for our camera again. So many features, so little knowledge!

Speaking of princesses, this is our bag clip princess before her summer haircut. She attached the clips herself--it used to be one of her favorite activities. Thankfully she's lost interest and I've found all of my clips again. I think.

This is Mat a few weeks ago. He shaved off the beard in stages, reminding me how much I love him in a goatee.

Post-hair-divesting--I cut Afton's hair to chin length and Mat shaved off the goatee.

Horsey rides! I chopped Annika's hair off too, like I'd been threatening to. She kept chewing on it and it just smelled gross.

I'd like to thank everyone for voting in our "Where should the Crawfords move?" poll. The comments were especially insightful and have given us a lot to think about, namely, that everyone wants us to go away.

Just kidding.
