If you answer none of the above please respond to this post and tell us where else we should be considering. But if you want us to seriously consider it you must do the initial leg work in finding us a job!
If you're even considering a move, do it now while the kids are young! In our experience, life gets a lot more complicated when school is involved. In IMHO, if Texas is a "someday" probability, rip off the Band-Aid and go for it!
I agree with the Bartles. IF you wait too much longer your dream to live in Texas will remain unfulfilled. I say go where you know you want to be and where you feel you are SUPPOSED to be, and then have some faith that it will all work out right. Of course I wouldn't mind if you stayed right where you are! (but in a bigger palce for your growing girls).
I was almost selfish and voted for Arizona, but I know you're ready to spread your wings and try something new, so I voted for TX. It's a place I've wanted to try at some point too. You'll do great wherever you are!

I said Texas just because I think it would be a great place to live. I liked Heidi's "rip off the Band-Aid" image. Go for it!
